Michaels Funeral Home, Inc. offers traditional and innovative funeral and memorial services, as well as cremation options and celebrant services. Michael and his funeral staff work hard to bring their NYC community the highest standards in funeral services. Michaels takes pride in providing a comfortable space for their families to grieve. Their sitting area features a fireplace and traditional furniture, helping you feel right at home. They offer two chapels that hold about 100 people each. Michael’s Funeral Home, Inc. is located directly on Metropolitan Avenue in the center of Middle Village.

Truly a family-run business, Michael Roemmelt is the home’s funeral director, while his wife, Anneliese Roemmelt, is also a funeral director and the funeral home’s cosmetologist. Michael and Anneliese are very involved in their community and are active members of St. Margaret’s, which sits next door to the funeral home in Middle Village.
