Why We Love It
Riverside Memorial chapel is admired as a New York City historical landmark for its grand architecture set in the heart of the Upper West Side. The facade of the funeral home features a Neo-French-Renaissance style, with an newly-renovated ornate interior. Riverside’s state-of-the-art funeral home facility consists of three chapels of varying sizes. Their largest chapel, the Gothic Chapel, is two stories high, seats 350 people, and features a large mural on the ceiling of the night sky. The space is also adorned with three stained-glass windows that allow in tons of natural lighting.
