This funeral home is steeped in history. Not only did they open the doors over a century ago, in 1903, but also in 1912, Tom Whitney Hired Mary Frances Murphy, the first female funeral director in Arizona. This location has continued to be family run and passed down through the generations. Traditionally designed, all of the location is warm and welcoming, including the large chapel. Part of the elite Select Independent Funeral Homes.

This location has a traditional Arizona feel to it. This location is warm and welcoming. The entire glass side makes the chapel sundrenched and special.

When families could not attend funerals due to Covid-19 restrictions, this funeral home got creative with "Hugs from Home." They had families sign cards then attached them to white balloons that were placed in chapel to represent the loved ones.
